SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY AND INFORMATION
We accept orders from all countries and customers will be billed in US Dollars.

FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED
VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Your card will not be charged until your order is shipped. We do not accept personal checks or money orders at this time.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping cost is determined at the time of order. We ship via UPS to all countries and offer a variety of shipping options including: UPS Ground Residential Delivery, UPS Next Day Air Delivery, UPS Worldwide Expedited Delivery and more. A handling charge of 75¢ will be applied to each order. Items are shipped based on shipping option chosen at time of order.

NEXT DAY SHIPPING
Order must be received by no later than 3PM (central standard time) to guarantee next day delivery. This does not apply to custom photo purses (see below).

LAURA BEE CUSTOM PHOTO PURSES
Purses are custom made and are created upon receipt of your order. Usual turnaround time is 2-4 weeks. No rush orders will be accepted. However, if you are purchasing this item as a gift, we can send a personalized postcard to the recipient announcing "(Jane Doe) has ordered a custom purse for you. It is being created by Laura Bee in her Seattle studio to arrive via USPS by (XX date)". Purses ship from Seattle via USPS Priority Mail, which takes between 2-4 days when shipped to a US address. Since each purse is custom made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges on custom purse orders.

MULTIPLE ADDRESS ORDERS
If you would like to ship products to two different addresses, please place two separate orders. At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

SECURITY
Our site is secure and our e-commerce capabilities are provided by Card Services International, one of the most trusted names in internet sales. Your credit card will not charged until your order is shipped.

RETURNS POLICY - OUR GUARANTEE
We are sure that you will be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will replace the item, or offer a full refund (excluding S&H charges). We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges on custom purse orders since each custom purse is custom made.

When you place an order, you will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation containing your order number. Please use this order number when you email us with questions about your order.

SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: How do I delete something from my shopping cart?
A: Click on "View Cart." Under the heading "Quantity," there is a button next to each line item. Click here and the item is removed from your shopping cart.

Q: How do I change the quantities?
A: Click on "View Cart." Under the heading "Quantity" on the left side of the screen there is a box with a number in it. Change the number to be the quantity that you wish to order. Then click to make the change to your shopping cart. The system will update your shopping cart and show you the new amount.

Q: Is my credit card number safe?
A: Yes. Card Services International uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), 128 bit encryption to ensure the safety of your personal data. Your data is never entered into a database, and it is kept in a secure area that is only shared with Pugnation.com. To learn more about site security click here.

Q:: Will I get a copy of what I've ordered?
A: When you finish the order and press "Complete Order," you will get an order confirmation. The order confirmation will list all of the items you have purchased. You can print this order confirmation out on your printer.

Q: How will I know that you got my order?
A: When you finish the order and press "Complete Order," you will get an order confirmation. Once you have the order confirmation, your order will be stored in a secure area and Pugnation.com will retrieve your order.
